Avinyan on the Resignation and Conduct of the Nor Nork Head

The Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, has responded to the resignation of Tigran Ter-Margaryan from the position of head of the Nor Nork administrative district.

“Our work requires significant restraint. It also entails restraint in conditions where we are constantly provoked. And these provocations will continue incessantly,” said Avinyan.

According to him, in the case of provocations, it is not only brute force that can be employed, but there are also other legal methods. “In places where individuals show disrespectful attitudes towards officials, this will fall under certain articles of the Criminal Code. I assure you, our attention will be focused on such behavior,” added Tigran Avinyan.
