Earth to be Covered by Magnetic Storms

On the upcoming weekend, May 17 and 18, the Earth will be enveloped by magnetic storms. According to doctor-therapist Lyudmila Lapan, these electromagnetic fluctuations can affect people's well-being, especially those suffering from cardiovascular diseases, as noted by Gazeta.

"People who have vascular issues feel all these waves. Mostly, what people experience is headaches and weakness," the doctor said.

In some patients, blood pressure may sharply rise to 180 and then suddenly drop to 90, indicating severe vascular spasms. She recommended that on such days, patients should not deviate from their prescribed therapy and must consistently take their medications.

The specialist stressed that reducing dosage can lead to a worsening of the condition. It is also important to monitor one’s diet. During such periods, it is better to avoid heavy and protein-rich foods in favor of light and healthy options. This will reduce the burden on the immune system and digestion, particularly for those suffering from ulcers, irritated intestines, or enzyme deficiencies.
