US Representative at Istanbul Negotiations Announced

A senior official from the U.S. State Department, Michael Anton, will represent the United States in negotiations with the Russian delegation in Istanbul, Reuters reports.
“Director of Policy Planning Michael Anton will represent the United States in Istanbul this Friday during talks with the Russian delegation,” the agency's statement said.
