Negotiations Between Armenia and Azerbaijan Continue

Negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan are ongoing. This was stated by the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, Alain Berset, during a press briefing.
“I am in communication with both parties. I will visit Armenia in the near future and will conduct negotiations,” Alain Berset said.
