Moscow and Baku Conduct High-Level Contacts: Zakharova

Moscow is striving to fully realize the potential of its relations with Baku. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, according to TASS.

“You know, we are building our relations with Baku based on the Treaty on Allied Cooperation signed at a high level in February 2022. Our side is committed to consistently realizing the full potential of this key document for bilateral relations, as well as addressing all emerging issues based on the principles of mutual benefit and mutual respect,” she noted.

The diplomat added that Moscow and Baku are conducting a number of high-level contacts between governments and foreign policy agencies.
