EU diplomats have confirmed the 17th sanctions package against Russia. This was reported to journalists by a source familiar with EU institutions, as noted by TASS.
“The Committee of Permanent Representatives of the EU has approved the 17th sanctions package against Russia,” the source stated, adding that the approval of these restrictions by EU foreign ministers is expected on May 20.
