On Wednesday, an X-class powerful eruption was recorded on the Sun, reports the Institute of Applied Geophysics named after V.I. The announcement states that on May 14, an X2.5 strength eruption lasting 32 minutes was recorded in the solar spots group 4087 (N16E65) in the X-ray range. Shortly after, a strong M-class eruption lasting 15 minutes was also recorded.
