Putin Has 10 Hours to Respond: German Government

Berlin demands that Russia agree to a 30-day ceasefire by the end of the day. This was announced by a representative of the Federal Government of Germany, Stefan Cornelius, as reported by Lenta.ru.
"Germany has issued an ultimatum to Putin; they have 10 hours to respond. If there is no response, new sanctions will be implemented," said the government representative.
