Indian Army Issues Statement
The military commanders of India and Pakistan have decided to take immediate measures to ensure the withdrawal of troops from the borders and forward areas during negotiations held today. This information is reported by ANI agency, citing a statement from the Indian Army.
“The negotiations between the military commanders of India and Pakistan took place on May 12, 2025, at 5:00 PM. It has been decided that both sides will discuss immediate measures to ensure the withdrawal of troops from the borders and forward areas,” the Indian Army's statement said.
It was also noted that during the negotiations, issues related to the commitment that both sides should not fire or engage in any aggressive or hostile actions against each other were discussed.
