Pakistan Confirms Not Considering Nuclear Option

The Pakistani authorities are currently not considering the possibility of using nuclear weapons. This was stated by the country's Defense Minister Khawaja Asif.

He made this announcement while commenting on the escalation of conflict with India. “The nuclear option is not being considered at this time, but if a situation arises, observers will also be affected,” said the minister.

The minister also denied reports about the organization of a meeting of the National Command Authority of the Pakistani armed forces, which is responsible for making operational decisions related to the use of nuclear weapons.
