No Meeting Will Take Place: White House on Trump and Putin's Meeting

U.S. President Donald Trump does not plan to hold negotiations with Russian leader Vladimir Putin during his upcoming visit to the Persian Gulf region. This was announced on Friday by White House press secretary Caroline Leavitt, according to RIA Novosti.

“The President addressed this issue yesterday; there will be no meeting,” said Leavitt. The press secretary also confirmed that Trump had a phone conversation with Volodymyr Zelensky. According to her, the leaders discussed the 30-day ceasefire between Russia and Ukraine proposed by the United States.
