Vladimir Putin Makes Statement

Russia calls on the entire international community to show solidarity in addressing existing issues and to bear joint responsibility for future generations. This was stated by Russian President Vladimir Putin during a meeting with foreign guests who arrived in Moscow to participate in events dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Great Patriotic War.

“We advocate for justice and equality, for the high ideals of friendship and brotherhood, for mutual respect, for the interests of all, for equal and indivisible security,” he said. “We urge the entire global community to demonstrate solidarity in solving the urgent problems that exist in our times and to take on common responsibility for future generations. I am convinced that only such approaches will ensure long-term peace, prosperity, and equal opportunities for all peoples of the planet. Russia is ready for such constructive, joint work,” the President of the Russian Federation stated.
