U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that the resource deal with Ukraine has been fully ratified and confirmed by legislative bodies, adding that he intends to speak with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky soon.

“We appreciate that. And I will talk to the president a little later. The deal is now fully signed and ratified,” he said.
