Violations at Arzni Dairy LLC

The inspectors from the Food Safety Inspection Body of Armenia conducted a check at the dairy production facility owned by Arzni Dairy LLC. During the inspection, sampling of the product types was carried out and sent for laboratory testing.

The results revealed that the sample of the product type "sour cream 20%" did not meet the requirements set forth by regulations due to the presence of Staphylococcus aureus.

The production activity for the specific product type of "sour cream 20%" has been suspended. A deadline has been set for addressing the violations.
