The Rising Tension Between India and Pakistan is Concerning: Kallas

The High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs, Josep Borrell, had a phone conversation on Friday with India’s External Affairs Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar and Pakistan’s Foreign Minister Muhammad Ishaq Dar. He expressed grave concern over the escalating tensions between the two nations.

“The rising tensions between India and Pakistan are worrying. I urge both countries to exercise restraint and maintain dialogue to de-escalate the situation. An increase in tension benefits no one,” he stated on X, formerly known as Twitter.
