During a session of the Gyumri City Council, Mayor Vardan Gukasian stated that he is very strict with himself and has come prepared to know what needs to be done. “When I look around, there is so much to do, and we can make it happen. You will see that we will accomplish a lot. We haven’t run out of steam; there is passion and energy. We are not just relying on the state; you will see how many investments I will bring to the city of Gyumri through my connections,” added Mayor Vardan Gukasian.
