New Details Emerge on Incident at Nor Nork Administration

After the brawl that took place at the Nor Nork Administration on May 30, criminal proceedings have been initiated against four individuals. This was announced by Kim Avdalyan, the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee of Armenia, on his Facebook page.

“Within the framework of the initiated criminal case regarding the incident in the management staff of the Nor Nork administrative region, public criminal prosecution has been initiated against four individuals under Article 195, Part 2, Clause 5 of the Criminal Code (physical influence by a group of individuals),” stated the spokesperson.

It is recalled that on April 30, a brawl occurred at the Nor Nork Administration between activist Arthur Chakhoyan and staff members, with participation from the head of the administration, Tigran Ter-Margaryan, a member of the Republican Party. Chakhoyan, who sustained injuries, was arrested and later transferred from the police department to the hospital. He was subsequently released.
