EAEU External Debt Reduced: EEC Report
The external debt of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) countries decreased by 4.9% or $26 billion in 2025. This is stated in the report by the Eurasian Economic Commission.
The external debt of Belarus has decreased by 4.4%, while that of Russia has dropped by 8.8%. In contrast, external debt has increased in other member states, with Armenia seeing a rise of 4.7%, Kazakhstan by 0.7%, and Kyrgyzstan by 12.8%.
