Ukraine has not signed the final documents of a crucial agreement regarding rare earth elements with the United States. This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump.

“I hope it will be signed immediately. Work is progressing smoothly on a peace agreement between Russia and Ukraine. Success lies ahead,” wrote the U.S. president.
