This is a prerequisite for the signing of a peace agreement: Bayramov

An extended-format meeting took place in Baku between Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and the EU's High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, Vice President of the European Commission, Josep Borrell.

Among other topics, the situation in the region was discussed. "Bayramov reaffirmed Azerbaijan's steadfast and principled position that the amendment of the Constitution of Armenia, aimed at eliminating claims against Azerbaijan's sovereignty and territorial integrity, is a prerequisite for the signing of a peace agreement," the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry's statement said.
