Zelensky: They Have Always Desired the Destruction of the USA

I have great respect for the fact that Trump is seeking peace. However, to say that Ukraine started this war is incorrect. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.

Zelensky also pointed out that the Russians want and have always wanted the destruction of the USA. “We were born in the Soviet Union, and we learned all this in schools. This is the policy of the Soviet Union. We are fighting for your rights just as we are fighting for our own rights,” he noted.

The Ukrainian president expressed hope for more effective meetings with Donald Trump and announced that Ukraine has received about $105 billion in weapons and other security assistance from the USA.
