There Is Always a Chance, Narishkin

The Director of the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR), Sergey Narishkin, has stated that Moscow and Washington have the opportunity to reach an agreement. This was reported by TASS.

"There is always a chance," said Narishkin.

Previously, Narishkin mentioned that there is intense dialogue occurring at various levels between Russia and the United States, and it is felt that the current American administration wishes to delve into the causes of the Ukrainian conflict. He noted that during the presidency of former US leader Joe Biden, interstate relations between the countries deteriorated.
