Proposed Option Not Excluded: Putin

Russian President Vladimir Putin has stated that the Ukrainian proposal to refrain from striking civilian targets should be examined, and all aspects will be analyzed. “This needs to be studied; it is an object of very meticulous examination, perhaps even bilateral,” noted Putin, emphasizing that he does not rule out the possibility.

“So we will analyze everything and make the appropriate decision for the future,” added Putin. According to him, the proposed option is not excluded. After analysis, relevant decisions will be made. Earlier, Putin explained why there are attacks on civilian facilities.
