‘Eating Money’ is a Red Line: Mkrtchyan’s Response to NSS Special Operation

The head of the Shengavit administrative district, Razmik Mkrtchyan, commented on the special operation conducted by NSS employees yesterday at the Shengavit municipality on his Facebook page.

“Every step taken outside the law and contrary to the interests of the community is unacceptable to me. Accepting bribes and misappropriating public funds, this so-called ‘eating money,’ is a red line for me that is unforgivable and means betraying the people. Considering the presumption of innocence, I will remain silent for now,” wrote Mkrtchyan.
