Foreigner Lost in Dilijan Forest: Details

Today at 12:20 PM, the Tavush Regional Rescue Service's crisis management center received a call from a foreign citizen who reported that he had fallen into the Dilijan forests and had probably broken his leg. He was unable to move on his own and did not know his location, requiring the assistance of rescuers.

A firefighting-rescue unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations was dispatched to the scene. Through prompt actions, the rescuers located the victim, administered the necessary aid, and carried him approximately 5 meters to the rescue vehicle. They then transported him around 4 kilometers to an ambulance, which took him to a medical facility for hospitalization.
