Armenia is the Number One Responsible Party: Beglaryan

I do not view this situation through rose-colored glasses. Today, during a protest outside the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, former Human Rights Defender of Artsakh and State Minister Artak Beglaryan stated.

“I do not view this situation through rose-colored glasses. We need to work effectively, and there must be public pressure because when we do not speak up or raise our concerns regarding the protection of our rights, many interpret it, both inside and outside, as if the issue of Artsakh is closed and everyone has coped with the violent displacement and deprivation of the people of Artsakh.
