Special Forces Unit Commander Haikaz Jomardyan Involved in Accident

A special forces unit commander, Haikaz Jomardyan, has been involved in an accident in Yerevan. According to Shamshyan.com, the incident occurred on April 11 at around 19:50 at the intersection of Hracho Acharyan and Mashtots Street in the village of Arinj, Kotayk Province. A collision took place between vehicles driven by 33-year-old Meruzhan Arakelyan from Shirak Province, who was driving a Mercedes, and 39-year-old Haikaz Jomardyan from Gegharkunik Province, who was driving a Toyota, as well as a Mercedes driven by 28-year-old Armen Baldryan from Tavush Province.

A criminal investigation has been initiated by the investigative department regarding the incident.
