Who Says I Am Pro-Turkish? - Melikbekyan

The journalist today asked the President of the Football Federation of Armenia, Arman Melikbekyan, why some people consider him 'pro-Turkish'.

“Who says I am pro-Turkish? Can you name one?” Melikbekyan inquired, to which the journalist responded, “There is such a perception in society.”

“I don’t know what the term pro-Turkish means. I am only a citizen of Armenia, and I am confident that I love Armenia and Armenians very much, which is clearly evident throughout my activities. UEFA and FIFA know this very well,” he stated.

Melikbekyan insists that he is doing everything possible to uphold Armenia's interests and work for the benefit of the country.
