This is a red line for us: Zelensky

The main guarantee of security for Ukraine is its own army, and therefore we will not comply with Moscow's demands. This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky during a briefing, as reported by LIGA.net.

“The main guarantee of security for Ukraine is its own army, and we will never agree to the reduction of the army, as demanded by Moscow; this is a red line for us,” said the Ukrainian president.

According to him, they will do everything possible to ensure that Moscow’s demand for army reduction is not fulfilled.

“To be honest, we will do everything to leave the army in the state it is today—a large army that is three times bigger than it was at the beginning of the war,” Zelensky added.
