Russia Will Not Submit to Provocations: Zakharova

Russia will not succumb to provocations amid attacks on energy facilities in Ukraine, stated Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, during a press briefing, according to RIA Novosti.

"Russia will not succumb to provocations, but the full responsibility for the possible consequences of such destructive policies will fall entirely on the bank and its curators, as well as on the patrons of all this," she said during the briefing.
