If Driver's License Certification is Conducted, We'll Start Walking: Pashinyan

Our driver's licenses are uniformly fake. Even the non-fake ones are fake. This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan during a government meeting.

“No one can undermine the government's responsibility. If there is a certification process related to driver's licenses, we will achieve very good results, and we will start walking. People drink and crash into walls; 7 or 8 people die, and they come out saying, 'What kind of country is this?' I am confident that 90%, 80%, or even 60% will not have a valid driver's license. We are in a culture of fraud, universally,” said Pashinyan.
