Musk and His Team to Undergo Drug Testing

A bill has been introduced in the U.S. House of Representatives by Democrat Mikie Sherrill that would require Elon Musk and other employees of DOGE to undergo drug testing, Axios reports.

The statement notes that Musk has previously used illegal drugs, including LSD, cocaine, ecstasy, and other similar substances.

In response, Musk's lawyer stated that he "regularly undergoes drug testing at SpaceX and has never failed any test." Additionally, the bill mandates that specific federal employees must pass a drug test before starting work and participate in a random drug testing program. A positive test would result in suspension from federal service for at least one year.
