Citizen Interferes in Electoral Process, Attacks Observer

At polling station 31/3, a citizen began to roam around and interfere with the electoral process, attacking the observer from the International Center for the Development of Parliamentarism, Armine Adibekyan, when she tried to document the ongoing situation. This was reported by the head of the International Center for the Development of Parliamentarism, Gohar Meloyan.

“The police intervened and removed the citizen,” she wrote.

It is noteworthy that the International Center for the Development of Parliamentarism is conducting an observational mission in the local elections taking place in Gyumri and Parakar, in collaboration with the “Hayakve” initiative.
