Anti-Corruption Committee Fails to Ensure My Meeting with My Client: Arsen Babayan

It has already been the 6th hour that the Anti-Corruption Committee has failed to ensure my meeting with my client, 70-year-old Anahit Khalatyan, a candidate for the city council from the ‘Our City’ electoral alliance in Gyumri, human rights defender Arsen Babayan wrote.

“At this point, I am leaving the building of the Anti-Corruption Committee. I will await a call from the investigator at the phone number 041122222. I kindly ask the Public Defender's office not to provide a defender for Mrs. Anahit if requested, as she already has a defender whom the Anti-Corruption Committee does not allow to meet,” Babayan wrote.
