Deputy Speaker of Parliament Proposes Changing Tobacco Sales Age

The Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly of Armenia, Arshakyan, has published a video on his social media page, stating: "I ask for your opinion on my proposal to change the tobacco sales age from 18 to 21 years. Excluding tobacco use in the Armenian army, universities, and educational institutions is one of the guarantees for the intellectual and physical health development of youth and society. Please be sure to write your opinion on this matter, which will have an impact on the further discussions of this issue."
