Armenian Defense Ministry Responds to Azerbaijani Defense Ministry Statement

The statement by the Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense claiming that Armenian Armed Forces opened fire towards Azerbaijani positions located in the southeastern area of the border at 22:05 on March 4 is not true. This was announced by the Armenian Ministry of Defense.

"We remind that the Prime Minister's Office of the Republic of Armenia proposed to create a joint mechanism for investigating violations of the ceasefire regime or information on such incidents, to which Azerbaijan has not responded until now," the statement reads.
