Ruben Vardanyan Was My School Friend, I Have Certain Information - Tonoyan

How can it be that I do not follow the actions against Ruben Vardanyan in Baku, which are very distressing? This was stated by former Minister of Defense David Tonoyan in an interview with 'Zhoghovurd'.

“I think there is a certain issue regarding the government's and authorities' representation of their processes that are being implemented. This issue needs to be resolved in some way. I believe that the authorities need to be more active in publicizing their actions to avoid ambiguity and prevent any public outcry,” he said.

“Ruben Vardanyan was my school friend, one year younger than me. I believe I can do more than just a hunger strike. At this moment, I am taking certain actions. I have specific information and am working to create such an impact that this information reaches its destination,” he added.
