We Have New Streets Where Cables Are Entirely Buried Underground: Avinyan

This year, we are creating new streets where cables will be entirely buried underground. These streets include Pushkin, Safaryan, Freedom Fighters, Nalbandyan, Argishti, Demirchyan, Abovyan, Tigran the Great, and Melik-Adamyans. Mayor Tigran Avinyan stated this during a working meeting at the Yerevan city hall.

He noted that a comprehensive plan should also be implemented regarding sidewalks, curbs, and other issues to complete the appearance, similar to what has been done on Republic Street.

“We have a program for Amiryan Street this year, and I believe that this combination is very effective in terms of our projects, as the streets are genuinely getting an entirely new look, and the overall environment is changing. I think we should maintain this continuous connection and implement the projects in a unified manner,” Avinyan emphasized.
