New Accusations from Baku

New fabricated accusations have been made against Armenia from Baku. Hikmet Hajiyev, an aide to President Aliyev, has stated that Armenia's alleged placement of landmines in Artsakh poses a threat. Baku has claimed that Armenia holds state-level responsibility for this.
