Trump Understands It Will Be Difficult: Zakharova

U.S. President Donald Trump understands that it will be challenging to demand territorial concessions from Russia regarding Ukraine. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, to reporters.

“Donald Trump has said that it will be difficult. This indicates that everyone understands everything,” Zakharova said.

Earlier, the head of Russia's foreign policy agency stated that stopping the Ukrainian conflict at the contact line is impossible, as Russia's borders are enshrined in the country's Constitution. Trump, for his part, noted that the U.S. understands the complexity of the idea of territorial concessions by Russia and takes into account the existing realities.
