Trump Demands Return of Billions from Ukraine

U.S. President Donald Trump has announced that he is seeking to reclaim billions of dollars that were sent to support Ukraine in its war against Russia.

“I want them to give us something for all that money. We are asking for rare metals and oil. I am trying to get the money back or ensure security,” Trump stated.

This week, Trump's special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, visited Kyiv and met with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, subsequently declaring that the president of Ukraine understands that signing an agreement with the U.S. is of “crucial importance.”
