Trump Responds to Whether He Will Visit Moscow on May 9

During a press conference at the White House, U.S. President Trump announced that he will not be participating in the Victory Day celebrations in Moscow on May 9.

Dmitry Peskov, responding to media reports, also stated that Trump’s visit to Moscow for the May 9 celebrations is not currently planned.

It is noteworthy that Donald Trump recently mentioned during a gathering with reporters in Florida that a meeting with Putin could take place this month. Earlier, Secretary of State Marco Rubio had indicated that the parties have not yet clarified the date for the Trump-Putin summit, where the situation in Ukraine will be discussed.
