Release of New Recruits and Leave Suspended

Due to unfavorable weather conditions and to prevent the penetration and spread of acute respiratory infections among personnel, the swearing-in ceremonies in the armed forces have been postponed. This was announced by the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Armenia.

Visiting has also been restricted, and the release of recruits and the granting of leaves have been temporarily prohibited.

According to the statement, "The aim of all organized events is to maintain the health of military personnel."
