US Envoy Heads to Ukraine by Train

US Special Envoy for Ukraine and Russia Keith Kellogg is set to arrive in Kyiv on the morning of February 19.

"I am taking the train tonight and will arrive in (Kyiv) on Wednesday morning," he stated during his visit to Warsaw. His address was broadcast on American news channels.

Earlier, President Zelensky announced that Kellogg would visit Ukraine from February 20 to 22. Kellogg was in Brussels on February 17-18, where he had meetings with NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, and the Presidents of the European Commission and the European Council, Ursula von der Leyen and Antonio Costa, respectively.

On February 18 in Warsaw, Kellogg also met with Polish President Andrzej Duda.
