Government Expands Social Credit Refund Scope

As part of the universal declaration framework, the scope of social credit refunds has been expanded. This was announced by the Government.

One of the expanded areas concerns expenses related to dental services for the years 2024-2025.

The necessary information for the reporting year of 2024 must be submitted to the tax authorities by April 1, 2025, inclusive, while for the reporting year of 2025, it should be submitted by February 1 of the year following the reporting year, inclusive.

Based on the submitted information, the amount of the social expense will be included within 5 working days after receiving the information from the tax authorities' informational system.
