Chakhoyan: Kocharian is Searching for Negotiation Documents in Someone's Underwear

The Deputy Head of the Armenian Prime Minister's Office, Taron Chakhoyan, addressed the statements made by Robert Kocharian during a recent press conference on his Facebook page.

“It seems that Kocharian has never risen above the waist. He is searching for negotiation documents in someone’s underwear, meticulously describing the fatigue while interpreting diplomacy with the scale of a seat. He has been conducting diplomacy with a seat while looking for negotiation documents in underwear,” wrote Chakhoyan.
