20-Year-Old Soldier Who Died Was From Hrazdan

Today, on February 17, 2025, a conscript soldier named Sevak Vardani Hovhannisyan, aged 20, died from a gunshot wound. He was drafted into the army in the summer of 2024. According to NEWS.am, he was from the city of Hrazdan in the Kotayk region. He was the youngest son in the family and had an older brother.

Earlier, the Ministry of Defense reported that on February 17 at around 09:20, the body of Sevak Vardani Hovhannisyan, a soldier from the Defense Ministry’s N military unit, was found with a gunshot wound. An investigation is underway to fully clarify the circumstances of the incident.
