Snowfall Reported Across Armenia

As of 9:00 AM today, February 14, snowfall is observed in the regions of Aparan, Aragats, Jambarak, Martuni, Ararat, Yeghenadzor, and Vayk. This information was reported by the Road Department Foundation.

In the Dilijan mountain pass, fog is present with visibility reduced to 50-100 meters. In the Tumanyan region, there are patches of black ice.

All inter-state and national highways are open. Road construction crews are actively engaged in snow removal and the application of salt and sand on the roads.

Earlier, the Ministry of Emergency Situations advised the use of winter tires for safe travel.
