No One Held a Gun to My Head to Sign That Document: Pashinyan

During a press conference, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan addressed claims that a gun was held to his head when he signed the trilateral statement on November 9. He stated, “No one held a gun to my head, nor could they, because if I had not signed that document, our 26,000 soldiers would have been left in a blockade.”

Pashinyan emphasized that the situation was focused on the possibility of 26,000 soldiers being trapped, and that he had sent a message regarding this issue. He reiterated, “If it were a matter of a gun being held to my head, I would never have taken any action out of that fear, nor would I do so in the future.”
