Armenian Minister of Internal Affairs Discusses State Efforts to Bring Back Captives

I am not informed, but I believe the state is taking sufficient steps to bring back the captives from Azerbaijan in coordination with the military-political leadership of Artsakh. They have stayed there so that the last Armenian from Artsakh can get out. This was stated by Artsakh's Minister of Internal Affairs Karen Sargsyan in an interview with 24News at the Yerablur military pantheon.

He refuted rumors circulating in the political sphere that the presidents of Artsakh surrendered to Azerbaijan after he and a group of others were detained by the Azerbaijanis and held until Arkadi Ghukasyan, Bako Sahakyan, Davit Ishkhanian, and others surrendered.
